Moving and need to sell my bike... 1997 KZ1000-Police motorcycle with Police Fairing with shield, side metal bags and trunk box. Currently Motorcycle has police fairings and bags removed and a cafe racer front headlight and straight harley bars installed, but original police fairing with shield, side metal bags and top box are included in sale. Miles on motorcycle 70.5k Bike has been sitting without a rider for almost a year. It will start up with a jump, but has some engine issues beyond my scope of expertise as a novice rider. (Intermittent idle sticking, engine will rev intermittently high rpms, blinkers not flashing...) There are a couple of cosmetic dents on the top sides of the gas tank. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans. Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. Roger Hayden to miss Daytona 200

Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results
Fri, 01 Nov 2013Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
