Kawasaki Other description

Does have some starting issues. It will start but does take a while, I have recharged the battery, but do not know if it did anything. I do not have the money to explore into it. Missing left tail fairing. I have stock clutch and brake levers, but did order some aftermarket ones. I will ship those to you (my treat) when they get here! Please leave me an address. Mirrors have been replace not original. Slight areas where the bike has been dumped on one side.Tires have pretty good tread. Clear Arizona title. The bike is 500cc and definitely packs a punch! It easily will go to 120mph and is one of the better bikes for gas mileage! Please ask any questions that you have! This is a great starter bike, just found out it wasn't for me. Please no low baller, I would prefer  close to asking price.

Kawasaki Re-Signs Multi-Year Contracts with Villopoto and Weimer

Fri, 07 Sep 2012

Ryan Villopoto and Jake Weimer have signed multi-year contract extensions with Kawasaki, ensuring the two riders will continue competing for Team Green in AMA Supercross and AMA Motocross championships through 2013 and beyond. Villopoto and Kawasaki have been a winning combination both indoors and outdoors. Villopoto won three 250 motocross titles and a Supercross Lites West Region title with Kawasaki before moving up to the 450 class in 2009, winning two Supercross races in his rookie year.

Old boys up front and where are the new 600 Gixers?

Mon, 28 Feb 2011

As I’ve been gagging for the new race season to kick off so it was almost a pleasure getting up at stupid 0 clock to watch the World Superbike Championship  opener at Phillip Island last weekend. I have to say Messrs Burnicle and Whitham were on form although I was disappointed there were none of the usual verbal attacks on each other that always add to the entertainment.    I’m sure they will put things right soon but the world superbike regulars must have been disheartened that Moto GP veterans nailed five of the six available rostrum slots.

Adventure touring in a small package? Witness the Kawasaki KLX300 ADV. Maybe I’ve been hanging out with Managing Editor Ryan Adams too much.
