1978 Kawasaki Other on 2040-motos

I am reluctantly selling my beautiful Black 1978 Kawasaki KZ 650B KZ 650 MINI Z1. This bike is collector quality. With only 6,328 miles the machine runs perfect and everything works. The bike was bought from a collector and wasn’t used much; it has been serviced and is ready to go to a new owner. Please read the entire ad before bidding.

ENGINE: Everything works on this bike and it runs perfectly. The carburetors were ultrasonically cleaned, rebuilt with new parts. New Battery, oil and filter just changed new spark plugs. The battery stays on a tender when not in use. With the stock exhaust and stock air box, no one has messed around with this one.

CHASSIS: The suspension is strong and the bike rides very nice. Tires are original and cracked; they do need to be replaced. This bike has a dual front disc brake setup, the front brake barely works and needs to be either bled or the master cylinder needs a rebuild (will not build pressure). Some minor pitting on the wheels but is hard to notice unless you are 5inch away.  Overall it is a very clean bike.

BODY: I have owned a few of these bikes. This bike is original and is as good as it gets. This is a rare color and I know I won’t find another one in this condition. Small ding on the left side of the tank, the inside of the tank is absolutely perfect (like new). The seat is perfect. The chrome is in excellent condition but has some pitting on the exhaust and front fender. Please inspect all pictures for condition. I added plenty of pictures that show everything.

This Bike must be picked up from Lowell MA 01852. I would like it picked up within 2 weeks. I have no problems with meeting a shipper but the buyer must set that up. NO PAYPAL accepted. If shipping the bike you can send a check and the bike can be picked up after payment has cleared. Or payment can be made in cash upon pickup.
