Kawasaki Other description

Here is an original 1977 Kawasaki KZ650 , it is a true original survivor , runs very good does not smoke on starting or when warmed up , I replaced the seat with a new old stock one as the bike had an after market stepped seat normal for the period but this one looks better . It does need a starter switch and tach cable , the side covers are correct but have a blue metal flake paint , the stock exhaust seems to clean up well and does not have any rust holes . this bike is an excellent candidate to be come a beautiful restoration . I will include an extra throttle assembly to replace the one with the broken starter switch . The bike has a temporary starter switch as well as a kicker. Bike comes with NH Registration and bill of sale I will apply for antique title for an additional fee .

A $300 deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close thru PayPal. Balance is due
within 7 days payable in cash certified check or wire transfer bike will not leave until funds have cleared . Buyer is responnsible for all shipping or pickup charges and arangements .

“It looks kind of angry!” That pretty much sums up what Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke thinks of Kawasaki‘s newly redesigned Z1000 and its “sugomi” design philosophy. And for those of you who feel turned off by today’s machines and their dependance on the latest electronics, Kawasaki says the Z1000 does not have traction control because they want to keep it raw and untamed. Motorcycle Sidecar is Literally a Car

Tue, 21 Jul 2009

Adjectives fail me.  This almost seems like one of those sci-fi movies where an evil scientist tries to cross two deadly animals together to create the ultimate killing machine. So what are we looking at?  It seems to be the deformed love child of a Citroën Xantia and a Kawasaki 1000 RX. This custom project, called “Snaefell“, cost its creator about 15000 Euros and 10 years of part time work.
