Very reliable and fast! Just changed the oil & filter, new irridium NGK's, tires have lots of life on them, new clutch cable (extra), new valve cover gasket, everything works great & runs solid! Bike runs & idles great once warmed up. New brakes, sprockets, o-ring chain. All electrics works, also has kick start. I drove it from WV to Charlotte NC with no problems and from Charlotte NC to Columbia SC and back twice with no problems. Fast & reliable. fresh oil & filter, new air filter. Seat is in perfect shape, no tears or cracks. Clear NC title in my name. Local pick up only, unless buyer takes care of shipping. Behind The Scenes: The Making Of the Ninja ZX-6R vs The Isle of Man Video
Fri, 15 Feb 2013You may remember last fall’s release of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R was accompanied by a mind-blowing short video commercial of a rider screaming around the 37.33-mile Isle of Man TT course aboard the new 636 Ninja. Now, Team Green has just released a “Making Of” video about the production of that video, featuring TT star James Hillier. This behind-the-scenes short film shows the crew capturing Hillier as he passes within millimeters of the camera. You’ll see the camera-equipped pursuit bike racing side-by-side with Hillier, as well as the aerial heli-cam.

Wed, 07 Mar 2012There was a time when Grand Prix racing was a lucrative affair, with the bikes and their riders resembling the fag packets that sponsored them. However, two unfortunate and costly blows hit the paddock; the banning of tobacco advertising in 2005 followed by the global economic crisis. The off-shoot saw grid numbers drastically dwindle with staple teams, like Kenny Roberts' outfit, and manufacturers, Kawasaki and Suzuki, succumbing to the events and disappearing.

Wed, 08 Sep 2010We ran a couple of stories last week - both, coincidentally, about new Kawasakis. One was the first peek of the new ZX10R – hot stuff you’d imagine – the other, the new W800 retro parallel twin. I suppose it shouldn’t have shocked us, which story was most popular in terms of hits but it really does mark a seismic shifts in British biking attitudes that the W800 story doubled the hits of the ZX10 piece.
