AN ORIGINAL 1976 KD100 MINI. GREAT LITTLE SURVIVOR. ITS PRETTY FAST FOR A MINI. STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS GREAT. I WOULD SAY BIKE IS IN VERY GOOD CONDITION FOR ITS AGE. THIS BIKE HAS NOT BEEN SITTING AROUND SO IT HAS TYPICALL WEAR IN TEAR FOR A 40 YEAR OLD BIKE. SOME PITTING ON THE FORKS, SCRATCHES ON TANK AND SEAT IS STARTING TO SHOW ITS AGE. I HAVEN'T DONE ANY WORK OR MODIFICATIONS TO THIS BIKE OTHER THAN ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. . IM SECOND OWNER. THE ONLY THING THAT I CAN SEE THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN REPLACED IS THE PITCOCK. The Race SCU is programed to transform the Öhlins Mechatronic, electronically controlled OEM-fitted steering damper on the latest ZX-10R into race mode, allowing it to meet the demands of the track. From the factory, the Öhlins electronically controlled steering damper is tuned to be adaptive to a broad range of street riding, from parking lots to legal speeds.
Melissa Paris To Race FIM CEV Superstock 600 In 2014 Aboard Kawasaki ZX-6R
Wed, 15 Jan 2014With the recent turmoil in the AMA Pro Roadracing series lately, many teams and riders are looking at other options for the 2014 racing season. Among those is Melissa Paris, who recently announced she would be taking her talents to Spain next year to race in the highly competitive FIM CEV Superstock 600 class, aboard a Kawasaki ZX-6R prepared by Stratos Racing. The Spanish Roadracing championship will be run under the guidance of the FIM for the first time starting next year, which will have the side benefit of exposing Paris to more international teams and competition.
Andrea Antonelli Dies After Moscow World Supersport Crash
Sun, 21 Jul 2013Italian racer Andrea Antonelli succombed to injuries suffered in a crash during the World Supersport race at Moscow Raceway in Russia. The Go Eleven Kawasaki racer crashed on the final corner of the opening lap in very wet conditions, and was struck by Pata Honda racer Lorenzo Zanetti. The race was immediately red-flagged and Antonelli was taken away by ambulance while medical staff attempted to resuscitate him, but the 25-year-old was pronounced dead at 2:10 pm local time.
