A 1975 Kawasaki 350 Bighorn.. I bought the bike about 6 years ago to restore. It ran great at the time when I purchased it. The engine is free. Some work has been done such as the skins primed and ready for paint. All the parts are there along with extras I have acquired, including a second engine, cables, oil pump, second set of fender skins, and more. It has been kept in my garage and I need to get the space back. Other projects await. Love the bike but maybe it's time to move it to someone with the time to get it back to pristine condition. Bonhams To Auction Bruce Smith Collection Of Original Illustrations
Fri, 11 Oct 2013On October 20, Bonhams will be auctioning off a collection of original illustrations by Bruce Smith from the 1960s and 1970s. Each one will be signed by Smith on heavy cartridge paper. The collection is comprised of cutaway illustrations of a 1963 Royal Enfield Interceptor 750cc, Chris Vincent’s 1964 BSA 650cc A65 Race Outfit, and a 1966 Greeves Racer, the largest of this series being 45cm x 62cm.
Isle of Man TT 2012: Lightweight TT Results
Mon, 11 Jun 2012Ryan Farquhar earned his third ever Isle of Man TT win in the return of the Lightweight TT class. Absent since the 2009 Isle of Man TT with 250cc machines, the 2012 iteration of the Lightweight class features 650cc twins such as the Kawasaki Ninja 650 (or ER-6F, as it’s known on that side of the Pond) which most competitors rode. The race was moved back to Saturday, June 9, after rain forced organizers to cancel the initially-scheduled Friday race.
Schwantz, Tsujimoto Team Up For Yoshimura Legends Team At 2014 Suzuka 8-Hour
Sat, 01 Mar 2014Former 500cc World Champion, Kevin Schwantz, will pair with former Japanese Champion, Satoshi Tsujimoto, in this year’s Suzuka 8-Hour race. The duo originally tackled Suzuka together in 1986, ultimately coming in third position. Now the two are back in celebration of Yoshimura’s 60th anniversary, as part of the company’s “Legend Team.” Yoshimura will also field a second entry with former Australian Champion Josh Waters and All Japan Superbike rider Takuya Tsuda.
