Kawasaki Ninja description
OPEN TO ALL FAIR OFFERS! WANT TO SELL BY THE END OF THIS MONTH IF POSSIBLE! I’m selling my 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R w/ under 590 mis on it, due to business growth that I need to invest in at this time. I literally just finished this build and have not had a chance to enjoy it as I was hoping too. I bought the bike off the showroom floor about 3-four months ago and have performed all of the modification myself over a 2-3 week period. All parts are 100% brand new and installed properly and working. Bike will come with all original parts and items. Bike is running factory exhaust headers open, no mufflers as I do not have them any longer. I also removed the secondary flies for better low end power and had the factory ECU Flashed. This bike has never seen the track so I cannot provide any times for you. All of the miles came from breaking in the motor to prepare it to go racing and unfortunately it never happened under my ownership. When you buy this bike you are truly getting a brand new bike with goodies. ***Only Flaw: On right side fairing; has two small light scratches from laying in my garage during build. Looks like a easy wet sand and buff should be able to remove. I took (2) picture up close to show. ALL BUYERS MUST contact me before clicking buy it now! Please have your funds available BEFORE making an offer. **I have the bike for sale locally and have all legal rights to end auction early. *******PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME AND MAKE ME OFFERS! More Teasers for the 2012 Kawasaki ZX-14R
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Kawasaki has released another teaser for its upcoming revised ZX-14, now dubbed ZX-14R. In the first video, a couple of numbers are cryptically displayed: 84 x 65mm. This is a thinly veiled reference to its bore and stroke dimensions, indicating the biggest Ninja received a 4mm stroke elongation, which would bump the bike’s displacement from 1352cc to 1441cc.
Kawasaki Producing 599cc 2013 Ninja ZX-6R for Japanese Racing Homologation
Wed, 31 Oct 2012When Kawasaki announced it was upping the engine displacement for the Ninja ZX-6R to 636cc, the immediate question on many Team Green fans’ minds was what it would mean for the company’s supersport racing efforts. Kenan Sofuloglu won the 2012 World Supersport Championship on a Kawasaki ZX-6R, but under the regulations, he may not be allowed to defend his title next season on the 2013 model as homologation requirements in Supersport racing series limit Inline-Fours to displacements smaller than 600cc. Fear not however, as Kawasaki will be producing a special version of the ZX-6R with an engine displacement of 599cc, the same as the 2012 version.
