This is a award winning bike at the 2012 Dave Kunkel Cruise-In, in the sport bike class. This bike has brand new aftermarket plastic all put on last year that is Moto-GP Monster racing edition plastic, aftermarket rear dog bone for the lowering kit, bike is slammed, also equipped with a rear view camera, lime green neon's, Custom decals, newer tires and brakes front and rear, also has new front fork seals. This bike literally doesn't have a scratch on it, runs excellent. My reason for selling is because i'm joining the Air Force, and will be gone the rest of the summer. These two beautiful Z1R Kawasakis appeared at the annual Mooneyes Yokohama Custom show last weekend. With one sporting a street/strip look (spot the belly-scraping ride height and rigid rear struts) and the other undergoing a sort of modernisation, they both reminded me just how handsome and unique the original slab-sided Z1R was.  Judging by some of the other wild and weird exhibits I made a mental note to myself: must make sure I'm in Japan this time next year.

Australian rider Alan Kempster lost his right arm and leg in 1990 when an intoxicated truck driver crashed into his motorcycle. The accident changed Kempster’s life, but what it did not do was dampen his spirit and his love of racing. The determined Kempster rigged a racebike and returned to the track, not only competing against abled riders, but also winning.

Ryan Villopoto picked up where he left off while Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross podium as the season kicked off in Anaheim, Calif. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.
