89 Ninja 600 Bought as a project for a street fighter, no longer interested purchasing a newer bike. Full Muzzy Exhaust. New NGK spark plugs just installed, just cleaned carbs. Fuel tank leaks by where the fuel level sensor area on bottom is. Either could be fixed or replaced. Battery is dead but bump started down driveway today with a different small fuel tank I put on temporarly for that time. Have rest of plastics to complete it, just not on at the time. Tires are good. Metallic black paint job. Needs some work on rear brake caliper, got it off bike, previous owner said it was sticking, have yet to examine it. Also has K and N air filter. 2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.

Wed, 17 Apr 2013Anti-lock brake technology has become fairly commonplace for motorcycles now, and it sometimes comes as a bit of a surprise when a major manufacturer does not offer ABS as an option on certain models. The European Parliament making ABS mandatory by 2016 has helped push things along, as manufacturers work to equip their models with the technology ahead of the deadline, not just for the European market but also for other markets including the U.S. New documents released by the California Air Resources Board reveal Kawasaki will offer an ABS version for its 2014 Vulcan 1700 cruisers and tourers for American consumers.

Mon, 02 Sep 2019Now the Ninja 650 is stylistically similar to the Ninja 400, the ZX-6R, and the 'one-liter' Versys. The optics are LED, the visor is narrower and higher. The second upgrade is a new 4.3-inch TFT instrument panel that can connect to a smartphone via the Rideology app.
