Kawasaki Ninja description

2013 KAWASAKI Ninja Zx-636r ABS, The new 2013 Ninja ZX -6R marks the return of a middleweight sportbike legend, three numbers that strike fear into the heart of the competition: six...three...six. It is a tradition born of street cred and racetrack domination, a performance boost offered at the same price as the competition s regular six hundreds, and it s a machine that screams Performance Counts! The new ZX-6R ABS honors a dominating Kawasaki sportbike tradition started ten years ago with the first 636, a revolutionary machine that blew-away the competition s 600 s on the street and won races against factory 750 s on the track.

The update is expected to be relatively minor, adding traction control to the Z650RS. The update would bring the retro RS model in line with the more modern-styled Z650 and the Ninja 650, both of which were updated with traction control for 2023, as well as the Versys 650 which received traction control in 2022.

EICMA 2013: 2014 Kawasaki Z1000 First Impressions Video

“It looks kind of angry!” That pretty much sums up what Editor-in-Chief Kevin Duke thinks of Kawasaki‘s newly redesigned Z1000 and its “sugomi” design philosophy. And for those of you who feel turned off by today’s machines and their dependance on the latest electronics, Kawasaki says the Z1000 does not have traction control because they want to keep it raw and untamed.
