2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 ABS, This new motorcycle replaces the aging Ninja 250R and is designed for motorcyclists seeking fun and easy-to-ride transportation, at an affordable price. The new machine is powered by a 296cc liquid-cooled Parallel Twin engine similar in design to the Ninja 250R, only with a longer stroke which equates to better acceleration. The engine is now fuel-injected and can run on regular 87 octane pump fuel.

At least Honda’s had the decency to change its nomenclature over the years to give the impression of evolution. Kawasaki is standing pat with the 292 cc Single that’s powered its KLX since 1996, along with its KLX nomenclature.

Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.
