2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R, BRAND NEW! $1,700 SAVINGS!!! - The 'R' Designation Equals More Race Winning Power and More Refinement for the Ultimate Open-Class Sportbike It's gotta be ugly competing against the ZX-14 year after year. When it arrived on the big-bore sportbike stage in 2006, the big Ninja blew everyone's minds – owners, journalists and competitors – with its incredible thrust, sport-tourer comfort, agile handling and aerodynamic full-coverage bodywork. Continuous refinement has kept the 14 a step ahead of the competition, all while filling enthusiasts' face shields with wild, ear-to-ear grins. Fortunately for Kawasaki fans (and unfortunately for the competition), there's no let up for 2012. Not only is the newly R-designated Ninja ZX-14R massively more powerful, it's also almost entirely new, with more of the character, design excellence, and finesse you've come to expect from Team Green – the company that's been building legendary open-class motorcycles for more than 40 years.

2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Review – First Ride
Mon, 18 Dec 2023A winning formula gets even more… winning-er Photos: Kevin Wing Kawasaki’s media guy Brad Puetz (pronounced like the actor, though this Brad is not nearly as good looking or famous) said something that stuck with me. “Between the Versys 650 and this, these are the two bikes journalists tend to buy most from us.” As a previous Versys 650 owner – purchased from MO’s former Editorial Director Sean Alexander, and then passed down after me to another former MO staffer Tom Roderick, we can certainly attest to the first part. 2024 Kawasaki KLX300/KLX300SM Kawasaki has an unexpected success with the KLX300 and KLX300SM, so instead of massive changes for what's essentially an entry-level motorcycle, Kawasaki decided to make it look better.
Ninja Comes Back to Life
Mon, 27 Oct 2008Kyle Dansie purchased his 1986 Kawasaki Ninja ZX 900 on eBay for $500. At the time, it had roughly 18,000 miles on it with only the tires, frame and suspension in working order. Kyle then managed to convert this motorcycle not only to run without gasoline, but to harness solar power to charge it.

Fri, 07 Jan 2011We all like to save a shilling if we can, especially these days, but sometimes, doing a job yourself, cutting corners and generally grubbing round being tight fisted actually ends up costing you more money than biting the bullet and putting your hand a bit deeper into your pocket to get a proper job done. The problem is, I come from a long line of, erm, frugal Yorkshire b####rds going back generations, and I seem to be hardwired as a bit of a skinflint. My dad, although never actually short of money, that I could remember, didn’t like spending it.
