***REDUCED PRICE FIRM***Selling because I need a 4x4. 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 650, Come & get it! Original owner, 8500 freeway miles, new rear tire, runs like new because it's only a year old and always garaged. I have extra gear I'll sell too. Sweet ride! I broke it in by the exact manufacturer recommended process and I've never raced it or abused it. It was leaned over once when I forgot to take off the wheel lock the first time I used one when I left work one day. The result was only a cosmetic blemish on the left side. The soft saddle bag saved it. The saddle bag wasn't damaged at all. Oil changes every 3K miles and recently-lubed chain. To sweeten the deal, I'm throwing in a bunch of gear. See the pics. The Ninja has the most comfortable seating position of any sport bike I've been on more upright and therefore easier on the back for commuting or long joyriding. My MPG has been anywhere from 45-75. Thu, 02 Aug 2012Kawasaki announced its 2013 Ninja 250 beginner model with an updated engine, ABS and ZX-10R-inspired styling. The changes come as Kawasaki faces competition in Honda‘s CBR250R which has stolen some of the Ninjette’s sales. The updated 249cc Parallel Twin engine receives new sleeveless die-cast cylinders as well as updated pistons, crankcases and a new exhaust.

Tue, 20 Mar 2012The 2012 Daytona 200 delivered another fairy-tale finish with underdog privateer Joey Pascarella and the Project 1 Atlanta team fending off a pack of three other racers to win by a slim 0.048 second margin. Competing in just his first Daytona 200, 19-year-old Pascarella from Victorville, Calif., held the lead for 41 out of 57 laps to finish first ahead of a last year’s winner Jason DiSalvo while Cameron Beaubier squeezed by 2010 Daytona Sportbike Champion Martin Cardenas in a photo-finish to take third. For the Project 1 Atlanta team, the win marked a dramatic turnaround from a let down in 2011.
2014 AMA Supercross – Toronto Results
Mon, 24 Mar 2014James Stewart captured his series-leading fourth AMA Supercross 450 class win of the season, giving him sole possession of second place on the overall career wins list ahead of Ricky Carmichael and behind Jeremy McGrath. The win also helped Stewart gain some ground on points leader Ryan Villopoto who suffered from a bout of food poisoning. Villopoto was examined at a Toronto hospital and released in time for the opening ceremonies.
