Kawasaki Ninja description

2011 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, For those about to enjoy their first taste of two-wheeled freedom, Kawasakis Ninja 250R sportbike has always been a great option to start. It doesnt come with off-the-wall features, but it does have enough of an oomph that novice riders - and veterans, for that matter - can enjoy.Kawasaki has established a reputation in the business as one of the best bike designers in the world and the aesthetic profile of the Ninja 250R only adds to the companys already glowing reputation. The sharp styling of the bike makes it look like a supersport, while its compact engine and superior handling offers a perfect blend of power and stability that riders can fully enjoy.Theres definitely a lot to like about the Kawasaki Ninja 250R. Heck even the name sounds as stealthy as those Japanese warriors. The Ninja250R is all that and plenty, plenty more.Yoshimura Exhaust. Tank Protector

BSB 2012; Mystic Mac investigates

Tue, 03 Jan 2012

In my opinion, the smartest move in the BSB off season has to be Michael Laverty moving from Swan Yamaha to HM Plant Honda. With a ban on electronics for 2012, and in particular traction control, WFR's Graham Gowland has already proved to Laverty how competitive an EVO spec Fireblade can be - so I’m tipping both these riders to be bang on the money at the Brands Hatch season opener in April. Unlike BMW, Kawasaki and Yamaha, Honda have deliberately developed their road-going Superbike without electronics to give a user friendly feel with good mechanical traction, so it’ll be interesting to see how the opposition copes with their high-tech trickery stripped off.

2014 WSBK – Assen Results

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Heavy rains and a fortuitous red flag were the difference in the World Superbike Championship‘s visit to The Cathedral of motorcycle racing, the TT Circuit Assen in the Netherlands. Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli captured his second win of the season in Race 1, which was halted early by a red flag with five laps to go just as it looked like reigning WSBK champion Tom Sykes was gearing up for a final challenge. The second race was also shortened, not by a red flag but because of a rain, turning the 21-lap race into a 10-lap sprint.
