2011 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 in Black, with a transferrable warranty to the new owner that runs through 4/2016 through the Kawasaki Good Times Protection Plan (GTPP), you can check out the Kawasaki site or as me for more details. Adult ridden, never abused, all service record available from my local dealership. Comes with all factory parts plus black color match ermax grab rail deletes, black Puig windshield and black screws, Keiti mini spools, vented bike cover, trackside front and rear stand, and tank sticker. Nothing else was modified or changed on this bike minus those few changes. Great bike, in great condition. I removed the red ninja sticker and 1000 sticker and replaced the ninja sticker with the 2012 grey ninja sticker, did not replace the red 1000 sticker. Ninja is always garage kept. The first race saw the reigning World Superbike champion fight his way up from 11th place for the win while Race 2 offered a three-way battle between the two Kawasaki riders and Aprilia‘s Sylvain Guintoli. Fri, 30 May 2014The 2014 AMA Pro Road Racing season resumes this weekend with the Subway SuperBike Doubleheader at Road America, in Elkhart Lake, Wis., and all eyes will be on 21-year-old AMA Pro SuperBike rookie Cameron Beaubier on the No. 2 Monster Energy Graves Yamaha YZF-R1. Beaubier may be the new kid on the block, but he entered the season opener at Daytona International Speedway with high expectations.
2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Recalled for Crankcase Oil Leak
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall on its 2011 and 2012 Ninja ZX-10R due to a potential oil leak in the crankcase. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, engine oil may leak from the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R‘s crankcase from a machined area where the starter is mounted. Leaked oil may pool on top of the crank case and, under continued use, spill onto the rear tire, reducing traction and increasing the risk of a crash.
