Kawasaki Ninja description

2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, I have a very well maintained 2009 Kawasaki Ninja 250R for sale. The bike has been garage kept with minimal wear. The speedometer sits around 1600 miles and has been used only seasonally. The motorcycle is predominantly stock with a couple of upgrades including Two Brothers exhaust and frame sliders (original exhaust provided with sale). The title is clean, in hand, and transferable upon payment for cash or money order. Looking for 3,200 but willing to negotiate for the right buyer. Test rides are available upon request. This is a fun bike, great for the novice rider, with a little power to boot. For all parties interested, please respond by text 202 540 0064. Thanks for looking, and I look forward to your inquiries.

Simon and Leo

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.

As noted in our preview, the 2012 Kawasaki KX250F introduces a new dual fuel injector system with the second injector in the airbox, a design intended to give added top-end power. Based on the impressions of the testers in the video, the dual injector system does just that.

Left Side Story: A Double-Amputee Keeps His Racing Dreams Alive – Video

Australian rider Alan Kempster lost his right arm and leg in 1990 when an intoxicated truck driver crashed into his motorcycle. The accident changed Kempster’s life, but what it did not do was dampen his spirit and his love of racing. The determined Kempster rigged a racebike and returned to the track, not only competing against abled riders, but also winning.
