2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R, 2008 Kawasaki Ninka ZX-10R, original owner, purchased new on 12-22-2008, 13,400 original miles, never raced, never wrecked, never laid down. The only modifications include a Tidy Tail rear light kit (for a cleaner look) and a Yoshimura R-55 slip on with a carbon fiber end cap, new brake pads & tires. Regular oil changes with AMS full synthetic oil. I bought this bike brand new and it was broken in according to the manual guidelines. The bike is clean and well maintained. NADA Avg Retail = $8,567. Recall for 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R
Mon, 25 Jul 2011A recall has been issued on the 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R due to a problem with the wiring harness. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a portion of the wiring harness on some 2011 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R models may get pinched between the subframe and the rear fender, or between the subframe and the bolt holding the seat cover. This may result in damage to the harness and wiring, potentially resulting in a short in the electrical system, which could cause the engine to suddenly stop.
