Kawasaki Ninja tech info
Kawasaki Ninja description
It's a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R. It has 2,045 miles on it. It only went on short rides the last few years but it has had regular PMs. I just put a new battery in it as well. Only aftermarket stuff is a carbon fiber Scorpion exhaust and a Power Commander
computer which has been on the dyno. The seats are custom snake leather with the dragon design.
It will come with
2 jackets, 2 helmets, the original factory muffler and seats, jack
stands for the motorcycle, and some extra PM stuff I have.
Buyer responsible for pick-up. Please send me a message if there are any questions. Thanks for looking! |

ZX-10R. Worth the weight?
Thu, 18 Nov 2010The whisper on pit lane is that 2011 will be a good year for the green K. Our moles within the racing circles tell us that apart from more power and less weight (always handy), the new ZX-10R's main advantage is not these two factors but rather its improved weight distribution, weight transference qualities and grip levels. Studying Tom Syke's lap time data from Kawasaki's public test sessions it seems it's much easier for him to maintain consistent fast lap times back-to-back over the whole range of tyre degradation and fuel load changes.
45,367 Motorcycle Thefts Reported in US in 2013
Tue, 10 Jun 2014Americans reported 45,367 stolen motorcycles in 2013, down 1.5% from 2012, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau‘s latest Motorcycle Theft and Recovery Report. According to the NICB motorcycle thefts have been on the decline every year since 2007 when 65,678 motorcycles were reported stolen, though the overall trend appears to be leveling off. Japanese motorcycles continue to be the most popular target for thieves.
WSBK 2012: Assen Results
Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick.
