Kawasaki Ninja description

My bike is in great condition.  I took a picture of the only imperfections on the front faring.   It has always been garage kept and well take care of.  I have done several modifications to it.  It has a under tail eliminator kit to get rid of the ugly stock tail light/license plate holder.  It has a carbon fiber Yoshimura exhaust that sounds great!.  Carbon fiber bar ends as well as clutch and brake levers.  It has flush mount front turn signals.  Also it has a blacked out wind shield.  I just dont ride enough anymore to justify the space in my garage.  Let my loss be your gain!  Email me with any questions, happy bidding.  Also it is listed on craigslist so auction may end early.

Kawasaki Issues Recall on Unauthorized Concours 14 Police Models

Wed, 28 Aug 2013

Kawasaki announced a recall on 44 2012-2013 Concours 14 potentially faulty motorcycles allegedly converted for police use without the manufacturer’s consent. Back in early 2012, Kawasaki announced a recall on 278 2009-2012 Concours 14 police motorcycles because the add-on equipment installed by Idaho-based Beaudry Motors suffered electrical problems. According to the recall documents, the electrical system installed by Beaudry could overload the charging circuit between the regulator and the two batteries and eventually blow the main fuse.

Photos Of This Weekend’s Denver Endurocross Track

Fri, 03 Oct 2014

This weekend the EnduroCross championship makes its way to Denver and the National Events Center for the fifth round of the nine-round series. Truckloads of dirt, mountains of rock and piles of logs are coming together to create an EnduroCross course that’s sure to challenge racers and entertain fans.  Excitement will be a mile-high this weekend as the EnduroCross Championship puts three different race winners into an epic battle for valuable points before the halfway point in the series. Beta/GEICO-backed Cody Webb has led since his first round victory in Las Vegas, but KTM’s five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak is hot on his heels after a big win at the last round in Atlanta and at X-Games. And don’t count out Colton Haaker.

Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season

Wed, 04 Dec 2013

More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
