Kawasaki Ninja description
Up for sale is a beautiful 2006 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R. I love this bike but other priorities in life mean it has to go. I’ve had it for the last four years and in that time it’s never been raced or laid down. Garage kept, always taken care of. Comes with: Akropovic exhaust, tank protector, and brand new battery as of last year. The bike runs and handles excellently. Recently the front brake has become a bit spongy and bleeding the lines solves the problem for a while, but it is an issue to be taken care of that I simply don’t have the time to fix. In addition, when I bought the bike it had an integrated tail light system installed but the lens has just recently come off. Included in the sale of the bike is a new in box system from the same brand to replace the lens. Again, a simple fix but one that I can no longer devote time to. Clear Maryland title in my name, in hand. Cash or Certified Check only before I sign over the title. Buyer is responsible for shipping. My loss is your gain, I just want to see her go to a good home. Contact me with any questions and I will be more than happy to answer them. Good luck and have a great day! |

WSBK 2013: Portimao Race Report
Mon, 10 Jun 2013Marco Melandri and Eugene Laverty split a pair of victories at Portugal’s Portimao circuit while Sylvain Guintoli took advantage of some misfortune to his championship rivals to increase his lead in the 2013 World Superbike Championship standings. Guintoli has been leading or sharing the lead in the championship since winning the first race of Round 1 in Australia, but amazingly continues to lead despite having just that single victory after six rounds. The Aprilia rider has accomplished this through his consistency (Guintoli leads all racers with nine podium finishes in 12 races) and ability to finish each race (he’s the only rider in the top seven without a DNF).
Kawasaki World Debut At AIMExpo
Mon, 11 Aug 2014Kawasaki has chosen the 2014 American International Motorcycle Expo as the venue to make the world debut of a yet unannounced motorcycle model. The model launch will take place at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, this October 16-19. “AIMExpo demonstrated last year that it can serve as the ideal platform for media and brand activities and Kawasaki will leverage this grand stage to reveal new products, as well as interact closely with dealers and consumers,” explains Kevin Allen, Kawasaki Manager, PR + Brand Experience. “We have some very exciting new product to share and AIMExpo is the perfect place to make these announcements.” Attendees will also witness the North American introduction of all-new vehicles in several categories from Kawasaki. Following the unveilings, all products will then be on full display for all to see inside Kawasaki’s booth (#2165) out on the AIMExpo show floor. “Kawasaki joins an expanding list of key companies that sees AIMExpo as the perfect means to infuse energy into the powersports business in North America,” says Larry Little, Vice President and General Manager, Marketplace Events Motorcycle Group.

Mon, 10 Jan 2011The name Matt Cuddy should need no introduction to Motorcycle.com readers. Not only does he have more than 5,000 posts on our forum, he’s also written dirt bike tests for us, including the 2010 and 2011 Kawasaki KX450F reviews. Making this accomplishment more noteworthy is the fact that Matt is a paraplegic – he was hit by a car several years ago while riding his motorcycle.
