Up for sale is a 2005 Kawasaki Ninja EX250 with only 8000 miles and a clean and clear REBUILT title. The bike was laid down resulting in cosmetic damage to the left side which is why it was issued a salvage title after it was turned into the insurance company. The bike had the damage repaired aside from a few scratches to the left fairing and was put through the enhanced inspection in Maryland and passed which is why it now has a CLEAN REBUILT TITLE - NOT SALVAGE. It just had a recent full service including new OEM fuel valve, new spark plugs, carbs cleaned and synchronized, fresh oil and filter, new front tire, new rear brakes, etc. It needs nothing but a new owner and is 100% ready to ride. 2011-2012 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R Recalled for Crankcase Oil Leak
Fri, 10 Aug 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall on its 2011 and 2012 Ninja ZX-10R due to a potential oil leak in the crankcase. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, engine oil may leak from the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R‘s crankcase from a machined area where the starter is mounted. Leaked oil may pool on top of the crank case and, under continued use, spill onto the rear tire, reducing traction and increasing the risk of a crash.
2010-2012 Kawasaki KLX110 and KLX110L Recalled for Fuel Leakage
Tue, 04 Feb 2014Kawasaki has initiated a recall on 2010-2012 KLX110 and KLX110L entry-level off-road motorcycles because of potential fuel leaks. The recall affects 9,978 units in the U.S. According to Kawasaki, fuel can leak from between the fuel tank and the tap on certain KLX110 models.
Kawasaki Donates Motorcycle In Support Of Ocean Conservation
Thu, 14 Aug 2014Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. announced recently that it will donate a Ninja 650 sportbike for auction at the Oceana SeaChange Summer Party, attended by some of the largest supporters of Ocean Conservation in Hollywood including Ted Danson, Sheryl Crow and this year’s special guest, Leonardo DiCaprio. Proceeds from the auction of the Ninja 650 will go to Oceana’s mission of ocean conservation, a shared goal by Kawasaki who’s global mission is “working as one for the good of the planet.” Some of Oceana’s victories include protecting Sperm Whales from California Fisheries, upholding Shark fin bans in the United States and many other policy victories for marine life and habitats in more than 150 countries.
