Kawasaki Ninja description

NO RESERVE!!! The Highest Bidder Gets IT!!  Good Luck!!

I bought this bike four years ago to commute to school with. It has been an excellent bike and has averaged between 46 to 50 mpg.  It has always been very dependable and it always starts right up.

It has the Givi Detachable Luggage that I payed around 400 dollars for. It has really been handy for carrying school books, groceries or locking your helmet in.

It has a new rear tire installed and the bike will also come with a new front tire to take with you.

It has always been garaged and as you can see by the pictures, she looks really good! There is a bubble starting to appear on the right side of the gas tank that I have shown in a picture but it really isn't that noticeable.

When riding the bike, it does require a little bit of choke to be applied.  I don't know if that's an adjustment needed for the choke lever or if its some adjustment on the carbs somewhere. I have ridden it this way since I got the bike and it runs very well!

I will miss this little bike and she has really been a good commuter. The winner is really going to enjoy her as well.

Jeremy Toye Wins 92nd Running Of Pikes Peak International Hill Climb

Mon, 30 Jun 2014

On his first attempt at the Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, road racer Jeremy Toye set a record in the premiere Open Class to win the category aboard a 2015 Kawasaki ZX-10R, celebrating the 30th year of the legendary Ninja brand. Prior to setting foot on the hill, Toye was confident he could get among the class leaders, aiming to beat the outright Pikes Peak motorcycle record, which was set by Carlin Dunne in 2012 with a time of 9:52.819. While that record remains intact, Toye was able to set a time of 9:58.687 to win the Open Class, finishing 6sec ahead of his closest rival, Fabrice Lambert aboard a Ducati.

Q3 2013 US Motorcycle Sales Results

Fri, 01 Nov 2013

Motorcycle and scooter sales in the U.S. in 2013 remain consistent with last year’s figures, according to data released by the Motorcycle Industry Council. Several manufacturers blamed poor weather for the poor start this year, and the rebounding sales in the third quarter helped to negate the slow sales from earlier in the year.
