For sale: 2011 65cc dirt bike. 2 stroke, fast bike. It is in great shape with only 88 hours on it. It has lots of aftermarket parts: rekluse automatic clutch ($800), factory connection suspension, renthal handle bars, pro circuit pipe and silencer, after market chain and sprockets. Aftermarket throttle and much more. Solid bike. Always been serviced regularly.   Only selling because we are getting out of the motocross game. Please email me and I will get back with you ASAP.

Ryan Villopoto moved one step closer to repeating as AMA Supercross Champion with his seventh win of the season at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada. With his chief rivals not making the trip north of the border due to various injuries, Villopoto can clinch the 2012 championship as soon as next weekend’s race at Reliant Stadium in Houston, Texas, if they continue to be out of action. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider has 271 points with five rounds remaining.

Internally known as the Sugomi design language, Kawasaki says “Someone, or something, possessing sugomi inspires awe, leaves an indelible impression, is daunting in stature or ability, and commands respect.” Maybe it does, or maybe it doesn’t, but angular lines and sharp creases also alienate a section of the motorcycling world who like the modern tech and power from Kawasaki’s Z line, but could do without the sugomi styling.

Brammo Electric Motorcycles Eligible to Race Against Gas-Powered Bikes in AFM

Electric Brammo motorcycles will share the grid with gas-powered motorcycles in American Federation of Motorcyclists competitions. The AFM, America’s oldest motorcycle road racing body, announced Brammo riders can compete head-to-head for championships against those riding internal combustion engine motorcycles. The Brammo Empulse R, Empulse TTX and Empulse RR will be eligible for competition.
