Kawasaki KX description
I have a 1994 KX125 for sale that was given to me from my brother. This bike was handed down from his friend and now it's in my hands. I intended to fix it up and give it to a friend but I decided to buy an exhaust for my 450. Anyways, The bike does run but is hard to start now that it's cold and snowing. The bike DEFINITELY needs a new spark plug and would benefit from a carb rebuild. I rode it around a few times before I let my friend borrow it and it ran good so I'm sure the piston and rings are in attractive shape. I haven't yet changed the oil or cleaned the air filter. The silencer fell off when my friend borrowed it (It was broken anyways).Like I said this bike needs work but would make a great project bike! Small-Displacement Class Considered for 2015 AMA Pro Racing Season
Wed, 04 Dec 2013More and more manufacturers are entering the small-displacement sportbike market and AMA Pro Racing has taken notice, opening the possibility of adding a new racing class representing the growing segment. With plans to consolidate the Daytona Sportbike and Supersport classes and the Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series signed through 2015, a spot will open up on race weekends for another racing class to support the premier Superbike Championship. The logical choice is to introduce a new small-displacement class.
Isle of Man TT 2014: PokerStars Senior TT Results
Fri, 06 Jun 2014Michael Dunlop won his fourth race of the 2014 Isle of Man TT and 11th in his career, capping off this year’s event by taking the PokerStars Senior TT. It is the second-consecutive year that Dunlop has won four races in a single TT, this time capturing the Senior, Superbike, Superstock, and the second Supersport TT races. It took a while for Dunlop to get going.
WSBK: 2012 Monza Results
Mon, 07 May 2012It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.
