    2006 Kawasaki KLX250S in Great Shape!  I purchased it 18 months ago to get into riding motorcycles.  I have since moved up to cruiser and thus rarely ride this bike. Only approx. 4100 miles and in great condition.  Has a new rear tire (maybe 300 miles on it) with Michelin Ultra Heavy Duty Inner-Tube (the one that is very thick and comes in a box the size of a shoe box!) .  Seat Concepts seat to help cushion the ride.  Acerbis grip guards.  FMF Powercore 4 Exhaust with KLX300 header and appropriate carb jetting for great power from a 250!  Runs really good and still gets around 50 mpg.  I also have the stock muffler and a new uninstalled front tire (current tire is still in good shape).  Chain and Sprocket are in good shape.  I really know of nothing this bike needs but a new rider.

    We purchased this bike used from another family with a young boy.  Our son hasn't ridden it much at all, maybe an additional ten hours at most.  We have maintained the bike well, running it often to make sure it is in good working order.   THE MILEAGE IS UNKNOWN.  The bike does not log the hours or the mileage, and eBay would not allow me to leave that section blank.  The bike runs great, and would be a fun experience for a young person.  It is a fast little bike, and does not have a governor. The plastic on the back fender is cracked and has been since we purchased it.  The rest of the plastic is scratched as can be expected from normal use and riding.

Kawasaki revealed a new cruiser model equipped with the 649cc parallel-Twin engine from the Ninja 650. The result is an entry-level cruiser with sportbike-derived power retailing for $6999 ($7399 with ABS). The fuel-injected engine is tuned for smooth power delivery, with revised camshaft profiles, intake funnel length, throttle body spacer and air intake for better low- and mid-range power delivery.
