Kawasaki KLX description

2014 KAWASAKI KLX110L, Favorite Playbike with a Manual Clutch and Extra Seat Height Where Kawasakis popular KLX110 is the model of simplicity in off-road performance, the KLX110L capitalizes on those desirable attributes while expanding its horizons. All of the classic KLX110 ingredients are in place on the L-model, including its smooth and powerful 111 cubic centimeter, four-stroke engine with convenient push-button electric starting and a traditional kick-start lever for backup. But several key features further enhance the KLX110Ls off-road prowess, making it the perfect off-road fun machine for larger and more experienced off-road riders of all ages.

Put a sting in your 2010 Z1000's tail

Fri, 19 Feb 2010

SCORPION has released an all-new new silencer for the 2010 Kawasaki Z1000.   The slip-on silencer requires no additional modifications: bolt on and go.Consistent power improvements throughout the rev range have been seen, with no adjustments to the fuelling, say Scorpion, with an average increase 3bhp.The new silencer has been acoustically developed to provide a greatly enhanced engine note.  This means the bike will be as loud as the original in terms of a dB reading, but the exhaust note offers a deeper growl. However, removable baffles allow the rider to dramatically alter the tone of the exhaust by simply removing one bolt per silencer.

Well, it sure didn’t take the Northern Irishman long to accomplish that goal, winning the very first race of the 2014 season at Australia’s Phillip Island course. The win was Laverty’s third in a row, including the final two races of the 2013 season when he raced for Aprilia.
