2012 Kawasaki Klr 650, For sale, my 2012 Kawasaki KLR 650 Dual Sport motorcycle. I purchased this bike new in March of 2012, one owner Comes with a transferable Warranty through Kawasaki, good until March of 2016 Never ridden in the dirt, it has always been a commuter bike back and forth to work. Always garaged. Excellent condition 11,700 miles. oil changed every 3,000 miles Stock windshield has been replaced with a Cee Bailey touring shield Includes stock windshield and a Cee Bailey smoked sport shield Front springs replaced with progressive springs 16 tooth front sprocket, for freeway driving. I also have the stock 15 tooth Everything else is stock Bike has never been washed with water, so no rust. Always hand cleaned. Very minor scratches at the tip of the rear fender where I backed into a wall and got the plastic (See photo). No other scratches or damage. Bike is extremely clean. you can contact me phone or text

Nearly three months on since Joan Lascorz's accident in the post-race test at Imola, the first image has appeared showing the Spaniard in good spirits whilst he undergoes rehabilitation. The terrible crash left the 27-year-old factory Kawasaki rider with a fracture to his C6 vertebrae, and fears that it would leave him quadriplegic. Fortunately, as shown in the picture with his raised arm, Lascorz has recovered full sensitivity in his upper limbs.

The TV show CHiPs was what first got me interested in motorcycles. A young boy when the late 70′s show made its debut on the air, I thought it was extremely cool to be on the California Highway Patrol, but especially so while riding around on a Kawasaki 1000. Erik Estrada even had a cool name and car on the show, going by ‘Ponch’ and driving a Firebird.

NHTSA Launches Recall Look-up by VIN Tool

The U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration have launched a new free online tool that should make it easier for consumers to inspect their vehicles’ safety recall histories. The new search tool, available at http://www.safercar.gov/vinlookup, allows people to look for recall campaigns by entering Vehicle Identification Numbers.
