2006 KLR 650 Near Mint condition!!!!! 2860 miles. Bike has a slip-on Jardine exhaust, K&N high flow air filter, and Dynojet stage 1 jet kit. Runs perfect. excellent throttle response with this set up. Also has MX style foot pegs.otherwise, bike is stock.This is the more sought after one for dirt riding because it doesn't have the big, cumbersome street fairing. Although, I don't think this bike has ever seen dirt! The bike is in fantastic condition and looks new. everything works as it should, and it rides great. also comes with a battery tender style charger with leads already attached, and the stock muffler. Wed, 26 Sep 2012KAWASAKI are releasing a limited run of chronograph watches to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the launch of their seminal bike. To reflect the engine capacity of the Z1, the run of watches has been limited to just 903 time pieces and will retail in the UK at £249.95. The watch will be officially launched at the main German motorcycle show, Intermot, on 2October, in just the same way the Z1 arrived in Europe for the first time 40 years ago.
FIM Releases New WSBK Rules – Updates Include Pitstops, Weight Limits and Headlight Decals
Wed, 17 Oct 2012The International Motorcycling Federation and the Superbike Racing Commission released a number of amendments to the 2013 World Superbike Championship rulebook including pitstops, fake headlights and a revised starting grid alignment. We’ve already seen the fake headlights with Kawasaki getting a jump on the new regulation earlier this season with headlight decals on Tom Sykes‘ and Loris Baz‘s ZX-10R. Starting in 2013, all superbikes will have fake headlights to resemble their homologated production models.
