    Up for sale is a barn find 1979 Yamaha XS Eleven with a complete Vetter Windjammer Kit. Motorcycle was purchased new by the last owner in 1979 and was driven on the road until around 1989, then it went into storage.  I haven't tried to hook up a battery and to start it, it sat for such an long time and that's something for the new owner to go thru all parts. Engine turns free, tires holding air and there's a dent in the tank.

    1976 YAMAHA XS 360 Just hit its 40 year mark with just under 3200 original miles I bought the bike last year and was told it hadn't ran in 15 years. I cleaned the carbs, changed the oil and put new gas in the bike when I got it home. It started 2nd kick, also has electric start that works also.

Low miles 6841 and is in Excellent Condition for its age, small nicks and scratches, some show in pictures some do not. Oil changed, have New Michelin Commander II tires with 150 miles.

  • 1977 Yamaha XS 7501977 Yamaha XS 750 (1977)
     This motorcycle is in great condition.  It was given fresh paint and upholstery in 2007.  It gets regular service, and only synthetic oil.  No mechanical issues and no leaks.  It starts and runs well.  But it is 36 years old and does have its quirks, such as being cold blooded, and it sometimes requires feathering of the throttle at stops.  The bike does have normal patina for its age, and I have included several photos to show examples.  This a great looking classic 1970s bike, and I get a lot of complements, especially because it is a triple.  The shaft drive is great- no mess and very little maintenance.

Traction control and updated instruments expected The California Air Resources Board has issued an executive order for what we expect to be an updated Kawasaki Z650RS for the 2024 model year. The update is expected to be relatively minor, adding traction control to the Z650RS. The update would bring the retro RS model in line with the more modern-styled Z650 and the Ninja 650, both of which were updated with traction control for 2023, as well as the Versys 650 which received traction control in 2022.
