Kawasaki Vulcan description

2014 KAWASAKI Vulcan 1700 Voyager ABS, Cruiser Style with Complete Touring Credentials While any motorcycle can be ridden long distances if the rider is determined, only a special few truly deserve to be called a touring cruiser. The Vulcan 1700 Voyager is one of those rare machines. The Voyager delivers the muscular performance youd expect from a torquey 1,700 cc V-twin powerplant and combines it with the classic styling discriminating cruiser riders demand. Mix in Kawasakis engineering expertise and reputation for dependability, and youve got a motorcycle that will carry you reliably coast-to-coast and back again.

2014 AMA Supercross – Las Vegas Results

Mon, 05 May 2014

Ryan Villopoto capped off his fourth-consecutive AMA Supercross championship with an impressive victory at the season finale at Sam Boyd Stadium in Las Vegas. The Monster Energy Kawasaki rider clinched the title at last week’s New Jersey round so he didn’t have to prove anything in Vegas. But he did, leading all 20 laps and winning by nearly 14 seconds.

Simon and Leo

Thu, 11 Aug 2011

If you are a track day regular this year, you may well have bumped into former racer and friendly Kiwi, Simon Crafar. I first met him in Malaysia in 1990 when he was riding for a Yamaha dealer team, sweating his way round circuits like Shah Alam and Johor Bahru but with a long term plan to make it onto the World scene. And he didn’t take long as after riding for Honda in the UK in 1992 he moved to WSB in 1994 and enjoyed success with both the Honda and Kawasaki factory teams.
