Kawasaki Vulcan description

Pipes, AutoTune Programmer, Cold Air Intake, Tachometer, Cobra Backrest, Matching Passenger Floorboards, Custom Grips, Highway Bars, Custom Dynamics LED Kit all around, Front Sprocket up one tooth to make highway cruising smoother and more fuel efficient. Custom corbin seat LED lighting all around. HID kit on a 9" Headlight.  Have your choice of windshields all either new or 9/10 condition. Tuned and ready to ride. Looks amazing and sounds and runs even better. LOW LOW Miles. Currently under 3k but I ride it some. Riding 2 up or solo is a pleasure. Rear shock easily adjustable but I found a setting that works for both.

Will deliver for free within 300 miles of Cincinnati Ohio.  Basically if you are farther than st. louis to the west, Cleveland to the north, or nashville to the south,  you will have to come get it or meet me. Shipping the bike would be on you and it needs to be fully paid before I will release.  I would deliver it to a shipping center in Cincinnati if that was needed. If you live close feel free to contact me to come give it a listen.  No joy rides please unless I have cash in hand.

2023 Kawasaki KX450SR Special Racer - First Look

Tue, 04 Oct 2022

Showa me the money I was all Pavlov dogging when I read that the KX450SR “features elite-level racing components, special tuning and design elements inspired by the Monster Energy Kawasaki race team,” only to suffer slight cotton mouth when I learned that consists of nothing more than new SHOWA suspension components front and rear. I mean, obviously great suspension is critical to motorcycles that leap 40 feet into the air, but I felt like I was led to believe there’d be more. In fact, the rest of the 2022 package was already so blinged out, there wasn’t much more Kawasaki could add.

Laguna Seca Superbike race: 1979

Tue, 09 Nov 2010

Got to apologise for the mogadon-inspired soundtrack but this 1979 Kawasaki promo vid' is worth watching just for the footage of Freddie Spencer and Wes Cooley. Watch the slo-mo of Cooley's GS1000 Suzuki on the brakes. It's horrendous.

Japan Needs Your Help

Thu, 17 Mar 2011

By now, we’ve all seen pictures and video of the devastation in Japan following the March 11 earthquake and the ensuing tsunamis. Japan, of course, has contributed much to motorcycling, with the Big Four of Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha, as well as tire manufacturer Bridgestone, helmet companies Arai and Shoei and many other motorcycle industry stalwarts all coming from the Land of the Rising Sun. Jon Bekefy and Greg Hatton, two motorcycle enthusiasts, industry employees  and above all, humanitarians, have set up a fundraising campaign benefiting the Red Cross for relief efforts in Japan.
