2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 CLASSIC LT, I am selling my 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 LT. The bike is in great shape and has 12,136 miles on it. Cobra exhaust, K&N air filter, highway bars, Hoppe Quadzilla fairing with chrome trim package and 12v outlet. The stereo is a sony marine am, fm radio. It has a slide out tray to hook up your ipod so you can avoid having cords hanging. It is pictured with the studded seat and bags however, I have a set of black hard bags as well as a plain black stock seat and also a mustang seat with backrest. Asking $6000 o.b.o. Classic Japanese Bikes Highlight Bonhams’ Next Auction
Mon, 07 Oct 2013Bonhams’ annual fall auction, the Classic Motorcycle Mechanics Show, at Stafford County Showground is scheduled for October 20, 2013. Included in the auction is the above pictured 1974 Kawasaki H1-RW 500cc triple. Expected to sell for approximately $96,000 to $112,000, the Japanese works Grand Prix racer is one of only two machines built by the factory for the French Kawasaki importer SIDEMM for use in the 500cc World Championship. The bikes were ridden during the 1974 season by the French endurance racing specialist Christian Léon and French-Canadian Formula 750 star Yvon Duhamel.
46,061 Motorcycles Stolen in US in 2012
Mon, 25 Nov 2013An average of 126 motorcycles were stolen in the U.S. every day in 2012, according to a report released by the the National Insurance Crime Bureau. That’s from a total of 46,061 motorcycles reported stolen that year a 1.3% improvement from the 46,667 motorcycles reported stolen in 2011.
