Kawasaki Vulcan description

2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 CLASSIC LT, Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Classic LT Touring The LT means that this Kawasaki is equipped with touring features such as a special touring seat, saddlebags, adjustable windshield, and a passenger backrest. 9000 miles, 2nd owner, first owner was a close relative who treated his bike with lots of care and love. This bike has been pampered all of it's life from Bert's mega mall showroom and mechanics to the inside of my insulated garage. This is my favorite bike because it's operating cost is so low compared to others. Insurance is only 80$ a year with collision coverage too! Why? Because this specific model was selected by Progressive insurance as the one of the safest rides all around, and I'm all about safety. This is all about passing on good karma. The person who sold it to me did it because he wouldn't ride anymore. I would still love to keep on riding but it's time for me to pass it on and let someone else experience the joy of motorcycling, touring and all around safe fun. Extras: Mustang seat 120db (extra loud) horn Large biker's friend saddle bag on the back Lock and key side saddle bags Gorilla alarm with 2 way remote control new battery AGM REDUCED PRICE! AND registration paid until AUGUST OF 2014! $6,000.00 5622815587

Teaser: 2012 Japanese Literbike Shootout – Video

Thu, 29 Mar 2012

The last time we assembled the superbike offerings from the Big Four Japanese manufacturers to determine the alpha male model was 2009. The CBR won that confrontation, but a lot’s changed since then. For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.

WSBK 2012: Assen Results

Mon, 23 Apr 2012

The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. 2014 WSBK – Portimao Results

Mon, 07 Jul 2014

Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes extended his championship lead while a Race Two collision between Aprilia teammates Sylvain Guintoli and Marco Melandri provided drama in the World Superbike Championship round at Portugal’s Portimao track. Sykes qualified on the pole in a sun-draped Superpole session but the clouds rolled in on race day, forcing teams to plan for mixed weather. An overcast sky presided over a dry Race One, leading to a mix of tire choices but all of the racers switched to wet tires for Race Two that saw the scheduled 20-lap length reduced to 18 laps.
