Kawasaki Vulcan description

Up for sale is my 2007 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic. This is the big boy, the biggest production Japanese v-twin ever - 2000cc or 125 ci! It has 12,000 (and climbing weekly) miles currently. It has been very dependable and is in very very good condition. Never down, paintwork is like new. Chrome is all good. Oil changed at beginning of riding season as was coolant. I added brand new EBC HH brake pads all around recently.

It sports over $1000 in extras including: Viking Bags waterproof leather locking side bags, Vance and Hines exhaust (good deep notes), National Cycle windshield system with police-style windshield (can change to many other windshields that fit this system), large back rest and rear rack (supports big back travel bag). Included is a second set of keys for the bike and bags.

Tires are Metzlers and have more than half their tread left. The bike needs nothing, it is ready to ride now. Cruise long distances in style and comfort, knowing you have all of that power. It carries a lot of weight and doesn't care a bit. It's also pretty easy on the curvy back roads. It's time for me to move up to a new one, but I hate to let this one go.

Isle of Man TT 2013: Monster Energy Supersport Race 1 Results

Mon, 03 Jun 2013

Michael Dunlop captured his second victory in the 2013 Isle of Man TT, winning the first Supersport race a day after doing the same in the Superbike race. But it was a different Dunlop that led early on the first lap. Older brother William Dunlop on the Milwaukee Yamaha R6 had the fastest time through Glen Helen, between the ninth and tenth milestones of the Isle of Man’s Mountain course.

AMA Supercross: 2012 Anaheim I Results

Mon, 09 Jan 2012

Ryan Villopoto picked up where he left off while Ryan Dungey gave KTM its first ever AMA Supercross podium as the season kicked off in Anaheim, Calif. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.

How to wheelie ten tonnes of Z1300

Tue, 21 Dec 2010

Yes, the video may be old (that's Barry Sheene doing the voice-over) but it's still worth seeing. This mad Fin was the inspiration for every stunt rider you've ever seen. Forget the White Helmets or Dave Taylor, he practically invented stunt riding all by himself.
