Kawasaki Vulcan description
1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800, This is a 1996 Kawasaki Vulcan 800 with less than 9000 miles on it (about 8800). Very rare to find this model year with such low miles. I would like to keep it but I'm 6'4 tall and would really like something with a bigger frame on longer rides so I can stretch out a little more. It's fine for someone my height but probably not anyone much taller. I'm sure it's super comfy for anyone 6 feet tall or shorter though. Bike rides GREAT! Very strong motor! WHAT's RIGHT: I have upgraded the pipes (Vance and Hines) and installed a DynoJet kit to give it more torque and power. I added a straight handle bar, oversize sissy bar with luggage rack, floorboards, windshield, front fork brace, and custom rear signals. Otherwise the bike is stock. This is a garage kept, rock solid bike with no significant physical or mechanical defects. WHAT's WRONG: the horn has a short somewhere so it works when it feels like. It's an easy fix I'm sure. Also there is a small ding on the gas tank from a rock that hit it on the highway and a couple of small scratches on the oil tank from when it tipped over once without the kick stand down, no other damage was done though. OVERALL: This is a very good and fair price for this classic bike with so few miles and good performance upgrades. No test ride without valid motorcycle license, helmet, and full asking price cash in my hand so if you drop it or crash it, you bought it. Price is $2450. Call Darnley at 703-929-1911 or send email if interested. $2,450.00 7039291911

WSBK 2013: Assen Race Report
Mon, 29 Apr 2013Tom Sykes earned his first win of the 2013 season and came a hair short of a double victory at the World Superbike Championship round at Assen in the Netherlands. Traditionally a fast starter and qualifier, Sykes started on the pole once again at Assen and had strong starts in both races. But unlike the first two rounds where he started strong before fading, the Kawasaki factory rider was able to remain at the front in both races at Assen and earn some valuable championship points.
AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
Your 2023 Kawasaki H2 SX SE Has Arrived, Darling
Wed, 01 Feb 2023Freedom isn't free; it's $28K Not sure how Kawasaki is calling this a “new model press release,” since the only thing new on our favorite surface-to-surface cruise missile is its Auto Hi-Beam (AHB) headlight. But in the hopes they’ll loan us one for a while, we’ll play along. Really, we don’t know what else Kawasaki could’ve added anyway, since this Rivermarked flagship was already bristling with every armament in Kawasaki’s formidable arsenal.
