1977 kz1000 little over 9000 miles 99 percent original.Front turn signal stems are NOT original.Generator cover has been chromed.Tank is in very nice shape inside.One small dent near back top of tank. few small scratches here and there couple spots of pinstriping missing.Over all a very nice survivor.Seat is in nice condition as well. Reigning champion and Monster Energy Kawasaki rider Villopoto took the holeshot and led all 20 laps to win the Anaheim I season opener by over 12 seconds ahead of Chad Reed‘s TwoTwo Motorsports Honda. “Villopoto made us look silly out here tonight,” says Reed.

Kawasaki Recalls 20,512 Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-6R
Mon, 27 Feb 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall on 2008-2011 Ninja ZX-10R and the 2009-2012 Ninja ZX-6R sportbikes due to a defect affecting the batteries. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the regulator/rectifier on affected units may not sufficiently charge the battery. As a result, the battery may unexpectedly be fully discharged, causing the engine to stall.
