Clean Running Kawasaki H2 750 1975

This is a great everyday rider!

Work performed on this bike:
Rebuilt carburetors
Cleaned & flushed gas tank
Cleaned & flushed oil injectors & added oil
Changed transmission oil
Replaced spark plugs, petcock with a Pingel petcock
Installed a new Continental rear tire
Cleaned and oiled pod air filters
Rebuilt front brake master cylinder and caliper with new pads and piston
Installed new battery
Performed chassis adjustment
Installed new handlebar bolts
installed new caliper mount bolts
New tachometer cable grommet

This bike runs great, idles nice, has good throttle response; has working head light, tail light, and brake light. The charging system is good. The turn signals operate but may need to have the ground connections cleaned. The dimmer switch needs to be cleaned. The right side cover mounting tab and tachometer are broken as shown. The wheel spokes have some rust and the seat has some rips, but the pan and the foam are in great shape; the horn button has been modified, there is a very small dent in gas tank and the outer right hand cylinder head fin has been slightly shaved down as shown.

North West 200 On-Board Lap

Tue, 24 May 2011

Lots of people are familiar with the Isle of Man TT races. The popular Irish road race that takes place along the 37.3-mile Snaefell Mountain Course is known for its high speeds, courageous riders and the fact that it’s held entirely on public roads. Perhaps a more outrageous race is the North West 200.
