Kawasaki Other description

You are bidding on the absolutely most well maintained used 2014 Ninja 300 available. I purchased the bike new in March 2014 in Pahrump, Nevada and it is a 50 state emission bike that can be registered in any state.  The bike was bought and used for one purpose...to commute. I'm a 52 year old retired USAF F-15, F-16, and F-22 jet engine mechanic whom has used my 31 years of Air Force maintenance training on everything I own, this motorcycle included. The first servicing was done by the dealer but I've done all the oil/filter changes myself (10 oil changes). I'm a firm believer that new oil and no wear metals floating around extend the engine life dramatically. The motorcycle was ridden from my home to Nellis AFB in Las Vegas and back (46 miles round trip, all highway)...that's it. No racing, no track, no abuse whatsoever! I installed a Yoshimura full exhaust with carbon fiber canister on the bike (because I want to be heard in traffic and it dropped a substantial amount of weight from stock not to mention horsepower gains). Oil filter magnets and magnetic drain plug have also been added on the bike. There is a rock chip in the right hand decal (see pics), other than that this bike is spotless. This bike is a blast to ride and gets amazing gas mileage. The motorcycle is in awesome condition aesthetically and mechanically (never wrecked or dropped). I am including the bike stand and a high end cover with the motorcycle. Will ship at your expense but prefer to sell locally. The mileage is just under 4800 miles but will vary because I still use it occasionally. I bought a 4 year warranty on the bike at purchase (good until March 2019, it is transferable). This bike is a win, win, win... looks and runs great, has nice upgrades and you get 3 full years of warranty protection. What is not to like!  Title is free and clear in my hand. I bought a beater car that gets good gas mileage so I don't need to roast my butt off with 120 degree Las Vegas summer commutes! I'm also wanting to purchase a new KTM dirt bike so this jewel has to go. I have been riding bikes for over 45 years and this bike is an awesome performer for a 300cc bike! Don't waste my time, I'm not going to just give the bike away. If you want a bike that's been taken care of, then bid, if not, choose another that doesn't carry a 3 year warranty. PLEASE, If you have a ZERO rating or very low rating, please do NOT bid on this bike. I'm a serious seller and don't want to deal with  wishy-washy bidders! The bike is used but you can buy with confidence with the transferable warranty. If you buy from a dealer, first you are going to overpay, then they will want to sell you an extended warranty costing you another $600. I don't care if you buy from me or not but you will absolutely not find a better deal with warranty, bike stand and high end cover included. Another plus is you can talk to me about the bike as I am the only owner since brand new. If you buy from a dealer, they will never tell you who owned it previously because they don't want you to know if there are skeletons  in the closet or how much they paid for it which I can guarantee you that they will murder you on the price and all the other "FEE'S". AGAIN, I WOULD PREFER TO SELL LOCALLY, BUT WILL SHIP AT "YOUR" EXPENSE. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!

Home-built Wheelchair Thrills Easyriders Bike Show [video]

The name Matt Cuddy should need no introduction to Motorcycle.com readers. Not only does he have more than 5,000 posts on our forum, he’s also written dirt bike tests for us, including the 2010 and 2011 Kawasaki KX450F reviews. Making this accomplishment more noteworthy is the fact that Matt is a paraplegic – he was hit by a car several years ago while riding his motorcycle.

Why restore as standard when you can do this?

Spotted this delicious Z1000 on bubblevisor’s site, the other day. It is living proof that metallic brown paint is the new black. As is the case with some of these blog sites, there’s very little or no information about the bike, just a pic.
