Kawasaki Other description

2013 KAWASAKI ZX 636, The new 2013 Ninja ZX -6R marks the return of a middleweight sportbike legend, three numbers that strike fear into the heart of the competition: six...three...six. It is a tradition born of street cred and racetrack domination, a performance boost offered at the same price as the competition s regular six hundreds, and it s a machine that screams Performance Counts! The new ZX-6R honors a dominating family tradition started ten years ago with the first 636, a revolutionary machine that blew-away the competition s 600 s on the street and won races against factory 750 s on the track. 2014 WSBK – Sepang Results

Mon, 09 Jun 2014

The first ever World Superbike round in Malaysia offered a plenty of drama including both factory Kawasaki riders crashing out on the first lap, a red flagged second race and an overall impressive outing by Aprilia. Under pressure for his lack of results so far this season, Marco Melandri impressed, earning the double for his first career wins on the RSV4 Factory. Aprilia riders led every lap in both races at Sepang, including the red-flagged initial start for Race 2, with Sylvain Guintoli joining his teammate on the podium with a pair of second-place finishes.

Kawasaki Reveals Supercharged Inline-Four Engine

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Kawasaki announced it is developing what it calls the world’s first supercharger developed by a motorcycle manufacturer. The giant Japanese company called on its extensive experience in working with turbine engines, and distilled the technology for motorcycle applications, showing a supercharged Inline-Four engine at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. No details were given on the size of the sample engine, though diagrams included in Kawasaki’s patent applications for motorcycle superchargers include one image that looks vaguely similar to the Ninja ZX-14R.

Thief Steals Motorcycle from Crash Victim

Tue, 07 Aug 2012

It already sucks when you’re involved in a motorcycle crash. I found that out myself first-hand recently. It’s even worse however when someone steals your bike while you’re lying on the ground with severe injuries.
