2009 Kawasaki KLE650 Versys, , the bike stands out as a great urban ride because of the healthy low-to-mid rpm range. The digital fuel injection system with Keihin throttle bodies is behind this achievement, but there are no worries related to the bike not being able to keep a constant elevated pace on the freeway and obtain great mileage while doing it.The long-travel forks and single shock rear suspensions are also up for the challenge so it’s good to know you’re bike has a few extra advantages that the one from which the engine was borrowed, for example, doesn’t. Mon, 27 Jan 2014With three different racers tasting victory in the first three rounds of the 2014 AMA Supercross Championship, the season was shaping up to be one of the deepest and most competitive fields we’ve seen. But at Round Four at O.o Coliseum in Oakland, Calif., Ryan Villopoto showed why he remains the top dog, leading each lap for his second win of the season. The Kawasaki rider only trailed at the very start of the race, as Honda rider Vince Friese took the holeshot with Yamaha‘s Justin Brayton slotting in second through the first corner.

Thu, 26 Apr 2012A big thanks to all at Newcastle Motorcycles for lending me a Honda CB1000F on Saturday to do nothing other than join mates for a blast round some fantastic roads in the North East. The buddies in question were Alan Smith (Bradley’s dad) and two stroke addict and race fan Chris Berriman. We headed east over the moors from the ‘Toon’ heading towards Barnard Castle then back through Consett before finishing up at the picturesque Tynemouth.
