Kawasaki Other description

I'm selling my 2009 Kawasaki KLE650 Versys. It has 1484 miles and is a one owner bike.

Includes Givi side-mounted hard cases, SW-Motech engine guard, both the standard seat and Kawasaki low-ride seat (for shorter legs), and larger kickstand foot.

Well maintained, tires have a lot of life left, and a new battery was just installed. I did find it lying in an asphalt parking lot on a hot day a year ago, but only cosmetic damage occurred on the Givi case, engine guard, and mirror housing (see pictures). No other issues with bike, just haven't riden it as much as I should.

Cash in person or certified Cashier's Check. Buyer responsible for pick-up or shipping.

I'm happy to answer any questions. Just message me through this listing! I reserve the right to end this listing early as it is also locally listed.

For 2012 Honda revamped the CBR1000RR, Yamaha added traction control to the R1, the GSX-R1000 lost a muffler and last year Kawasaki introduced an all-new ZX-10R.

Tue, 09 Oct 2012

Americans reported 46,667 motorcycle thefts in 2011, a 6% decrease from 49,791 stolen motorcycles in 2010, reports the National Insurance Crime Bureau. Despite the drop in reported thefts, the non-profit organization representing nearly 1100 property and casualty insurance companies says the theft rate still averages out to one motorcycle stolen every 11 minutes in the U.S. The numbers were published in the NICB’s 2011 ForeCAST Report which examined theft reports as well as recoveries.
