2008 Kawasaki Concours , Bought this bike in April of this year and replace all of the fluids and put in a knew ABS system. The prior owner let it sit too long. I towed it up to Denver and then proceeded with a two week, 4000 mile sojourn throughout the Northern Rockies. The Connie performed flawlessly and if it wasnt for a couple of speeding tickets, it would of been a perfect trip. It's powerful, fast, stable and comfortable even going over 10,000 feet passes. It has an after market Muzzy exhaust system which sounds great without being too loud and adds a few extra ponies. It also has a Corbin seat which is scooped out nicely but a little too firm for me, so I purchased an Air Hawk seat pad which keep me in the saddle for long hours without complaint. It also has a back rest for a passenger. I had Grapevine Kawasaki give it a thorough service and there's no evidence of abuse or crash except the years sitting idle. Provisional 2012 World Superbike Championship Entry List Released
Wed, 18 Jan 2012The International Motorcycling Federation has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 World Superbike Championship. The preliminary list includes 24 entries representing six manufacturers: Aprilia, BMW, Ducati, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Noticeably absent is Yamaha which announced last summer it would pull out of WSBK racing.

It was August 1980 and Lawson was undergoing a titanic scrap for the AMA title with Wes Cooley and Freddie Spencer here at Pocono Raceway in Philladelphia. The circuit is known as the 'Tricky Triangle' amongst the NASCAR drivers but the superbikes used a mix of infield and sections of the banked circuit.
