Kawasaki Other description
This is a no reserve auction. High bid wins it. This is a beautiful 2002 Concours with super low miles. I am a 64 year old man who has been riding motorcycles for almost 50 years, and this has been the best bike I have ever owned. Unfortunately, health problems have forced me to stop riding. This bike is super nice! I cannot state that enough. I am the second owner. The first was a small town doctor who flat out never rode it. (no b.s., thats the truth) I bought it from him 3 years ago, and have loved it ever since. The valves were adjusted at 7000 miles along with a complete tune up, and tires. The tires are now down to around 50% or so, but should be good for a few thousand more miles. (Dunlop radials) This bike is ready to ride home right now. I have never let it sit around and make sure i ride it at least once a week if the weather is good.
Again, no reserve! You will never find a better bike for any where near this price. Please ask any questions you may have. Buy it and ride it home. I prefer you pick it up in person, but I will gladly help load it if you hire a shipping company. Deposit of $200 by Pay-Pal within 24 hrs of auction end please, and the rest on pick up. On Jun-13-16 at 11:04:55 PDT, seller added the following information: I was asked to take a pic of the inside of the tank, so I have added it as well as pics of the tires. The tank looks new inside. The bike has been in SE Colorado its whole life (very dry climate) and it has never spent a single night outside. Always garaged. There is zero rust on the bike. It has a fresh oil change and new battery. (last week) Like I said, its a really nice bike for not much money. |

AMA Supercross: 2012 New Orleans Results
Mon, 16 Apr 2012Ryan Villopoto has already secured the 2012 AMA Supercross Championship but that doesn’t mean he’s ready to let up and take it easy over the remainder of the season. The Monster Energy Kawasaki racer clinched his second consecutive title two weeks ago in Houston, Texas, but he continued his dominance in AMA Supercross’ return to New Orleans’ Superdome, taking the holeshot and leading all 20 laps for his ninth win of the season in 14 rounds. The New Orleans round may have lacked some big names currently nursing injuries such as Ryan Dungey, James Stewart and Chad Reed, but Villopoto provided a star effort in the first AMA Supercross race in the city since 2009.
