Great first bike or if you just want to tool around town. I purchased this motorcycle from Northwest Iowa Community College where it was used for their rider education program. Originally black, it was painted by one of the automotive collision repair students as a winter project with green flames. Stored indoors with annual maintenance performed by either Glen's Sport Center, the local dealership, or K&J Cycle, a local motorcycle repair shop. This bike is in excellent mechanical condition and was ridden through last season. It has good tires, a new spark plug and new battery, a fresh tank of gas and is ready to ride. Features: · Chrome-Plated wire spoke wheels I rode this from Sheldon Iowa to Sioux Falls on Friday and it ran great. Cleaned it up and found a few scrapes and scratches from students falling over at very low speed. See photos of left rear turn signal and tail pipe. Mon, 07 May 2012It was supposed to be a weekend of celebration. The World Superbike Championship was celebrating its 25th anniversary of racing at Italy’s Monza circuit. Promoters Infront Motorsports brought out 30 landmark Superbikes from the series’ history, while greats such as Fred Merkel, Doug Polen and Carl Fogarty were in attendance for what was supposed to be a weekend to remember.
Results From Day 2 Of World Supersport Testing At Phillip Island
Tue, 18 Feb 2014If there’s one constant when it comes to World Supersport racing, it’s that Kenan Sofuoglu will be at or near the front at all times. The former champ has a special ability when it comes to lapping middleweight sportbikes as quickly as possible, and it showed again at the conclusion of World Supersport testing at Phillip Island. Sofuoglu’s best time of 1:33.506 was set during the first day of testing, but still nobody was able to beat it.
