Kawasaki Other description

This is a great example of a classic 1977 KZ650 B, I bought this bike in 2010 and I'm the 3rd owner, It has always been kept indoors and has never seen bad weather, The two gentlemen that owned if before me were older guys and I just turned 56 myself. The bike is mostly original except for the paint, It was professionally painted before I bought it, It is very close to the original red but with a little more metal flake. As you can see from the photos it is gorgeous. The bike has never been laid down and has always been well cared for. This spring it was serviced, Oil change (AMSOIL) Oil & Air filter, New Plugs (NGK) New battery This bike has NO ISSUES and EVERYTHING works as it should. Runs Great. There is a very small chip on the left side of the gas tank that is shown in a photo (my finger is pointing to it) At 19,020 miles the fork oil & points were replaced, At 21,400 the chain was replaced and at 22,157 the clutch cable was replaced. Metzler tires are in great condition.Comes with the original Owners Manual & Toolkit. Clear Pa. Title. This is a Antique and has no warranty. The bike will be listed locally and could end at any time unless the reserve is met. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Thank You !

Kawasaki Reveals Supercharged Inline-Four Engine

Wed, 20 Nov 2013

Kawasaki announced it is developing what it calls the world’s first supercharger developed by a motorcycle manufacturer. The giant Japanese company called on its extensive experience in working with turbine engines, and distilled the technology for motorcycle applications, showing a supercharged Inline-Four engine at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. No details were given on the size of the sample engine, though diagrams included in Kawasaki’s patent applications for motorcycle superchargers include one image that looks vaguely similar to the Ninja ZX-14R.
