Very reliable and fast! Just changed the oil & filter, new irridium NGK's, tires have lots of life on them, new clutch cable (extra), new valve cover gasket, everything works great & runs solid! Bike runs & idles great once warmed up. New brakes, sprockets, o-ring chain. All electrics works, also has kick start. I drove it from WV to Charlotte NC with no problems and from Charlotte NC to Columbia SC and back twice with no problems. Fast & reliable. fresh oil & filter, new air filter. Seat is in perfect shape, no tears or cracks. Clear NC title in my name. Local pick up only, unless buyer takes care of shipping. Making this accomplishment more noteworthy is the fact that Matt is a paraplegic – he was hit by a car several years ago while riding his motorcycle.
2012 Kawasaki Ninja 250R, Ninja 650 and Versys Pegged for Recall
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Kawasaki is issuing a recall for certain 2012 Ninja 250R and Ninja 650 sportbikes as well as the Versys 650 due to a risk of the passenger footpegs falling off. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the circlips on the footpegs’ mounting pins may break under engine vibrations, potentially leading the footpegs to detach. This poses a potential danger to the passenger.

Mon, 03 Jun 2013We’re only three days into the racing action for the Isle of Man TT and one rider has already established himself as the star of this TT. Michael Dunlop, of the famous Dunlop racing family, took the victory at the Royal London 360 Superstock race, giving him his third win of the 2013 Isle of Man TT. The latest win gives Dunlop six in his career on the Mountain Course, tying him with such noted names as Geoff Duke, Jimmie Guthrie, Jim Redman and John Surtees.
