Kawasaki Other description
Here is a beautifully restored Kawasaki H2C (1975 model). This motorcycle was a "frame & cases" up restoration. It was done about 4 years ago & has had 2521 miles put on it since then. All black parts including the frame have been powdercoated, the bright metal parts have been re-zinced. The sheet metal stripped to bare metal & re-finished in factory colors. The original seat pan has a new foam & seat cover installed with original seat trims. The crankshaft got rebuilt with new rods, lab seals & main bearings. Cylinders re-bored to 1mm oversize. transmission & clutch were repaired and re-shimmed as needed. It got all new cables, fork tubes, seals, tires, chain & sprockets, steering bearings and many other new and NOS parts. It starts & runs well, all electrics work properly. The same original key works ignition, seat & fork locks. It has the original airbox, chain oiler, spare plug holder as well as original exhaust in great condition (there are a FEW small dings in the mufflers). The original fuel valve in good condition will be included with the motorcycle (not shown in pictures). This motorcycle would be a great addition to a collection, or could be ridden daily.
International bidders are welcome. The winning bidder is expected to send a $500.00 deposit by PayPal within 2 days of auction end. The remainder will be due within 10 days by pre-agreed to method (if you need other arrangements, please contact me before auction end). Crateing is available for a fee of $200 if needed, and I am able to load it with a fork lift (no extra cost). I can store the motorcycle for 2-3 weeks while shipping/pick-up are being set up (if you need more time, please contact me before end of auction). |
