Up for auction, 1970 Kawasaki H1 Mach III in great condition. Very nice Southern California Bike. I purchased it from the original owner about three years ago. He was in his seventies and did not ride any more. He had the bike maintained all its life and before he sold it to me he had the clutch and seals replaced. It is nice that it does not leak oil like one of my other kawasaki's. I added a few touches with many parts re chromed, such as the pipes,shocks, etc. Pipes look new, fenders are great, Still has the original black plate from 1970.
Here are a few items I had taken care of when I received the bike. New cables, carburetors tuned, new plugs. When I took it to the local shop to get it looked over, thats the items they recommended. About $600 in repairs then I rode it home. Very fun to ride and it gets a lot of looks. It still needs a new seat cover and the rubber foot pegs are wore out. Reserve is fairly low. 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300 Recalled for ABS Modulator Issue
Thu, 25 Jul 2013As we expected, a manufacturing error for a Nissin anti-lock brake modulator has led to a recall in the U.S. for the 2013 Kawasaki Ninja 300. (UPDATE: Transport Canada has also issued a recall for 745 units, in addition to the 1,083 units recalled in the U.S.) Kawasaki had already issued a recall in Japan for ABS-equipped versions of the 2013 Ninja 250, so it was no surprise that the 300, which uses nearly all of the same parts, would fall victim to the recall as well.

2012 Kawasaki Versys 1000 Makes North American Debut in Canada
Wed, 11 Jan 2012As we’ve previously reported, the new Kawasaki Versys 1000 will not be imported to the U.S, but it will be available in North America in Canada as a 2012 model. Kawasaki Canada presented the Versys 1000 at its display at this past weekend’s North American International Motorcycle Supershow in Toronto, for the new “adventure sport” model’s debut on this side of the Atlantic. While he can’t speak for Kawasaki USA’s decision making, Bob Calwell, district manager for Kawasaki Canada, he does note that the Canadian company does have a history of making different product selections.
