Kawasaki Ninja description

I’m selling my 2012 Kawasaki ZX14R w/ under 600mis on it, due to business growth that I need to invest in at this time. I literally just finished this build and have not had a chance to enjoy it as I was hoping too. I bought the bike off the showroom floor about 3-four months ago and have performed all of the modification myself over a 2-3 week period. All parts are 100% brand new and installed properly and working. Bike will come with all original parts and items. This is your opportunity to buy a bike already done and ready to go! This bike has never seen the track so I cannot provide any times for you. All of the miles came from breaking in the motor to prepare it to go racing and unfortunately it never happened under my ownership. When you buy this bike you are truly getting a brand new bike with a lot of goodies. ALL BUYERS MUST contact me before clicking buy it now! Please have your funds available BEFORE making an offer. **I have the bike for sale locally and have all legal rights to end auction early. Report: Dorna to Replace Superstock Classes with More Stock-Inspired WSBK and New 250cc Class

Mon, 07 Jan 2013

The coming World Superbike racing season may be the last to feature Superstock classes as series promoter Dorna tries to differentiate its WSBK and MotoGP properties. According to Italian outlet Motosprint, Dorna plans to rewrite the World Superbike and Supersport class rulebooks for the 2014 season to make the race bikes closer to their respective production models. This would create further separation between WSBK and MotoGP, with Superbike racing moving closer to its production-based roots while prototypes racing in the GP series.

Lascorz smiling in first post-crash photo

Mon, 02 Jul 2012

Nearly three months on since Joan Lascorz's accident in the post-race test at Imola, the first image has appeared showing the Spaniard in good spirits whilst he undergoes rehabilitation. The terrible crash left the 27-year-old factory Kawasaki rider with a fracture to his C6 vertebrae, and fears that it would leave him quadriplegic. Fortunately, as shown in the picture with his raised arm, Lascorz has recovered full sensitivity in his upper limbs.

Schoolboy Heroes

Fri, 04 Mar 2011

A wet and grey day in Calais in 1992 wouldn’t be the obvious situation for a life changing experience, but for a 11 year old lad on a boring booze cruise from Dover this is exactly what happened. Pockets bulging with funny money I headed to the Tabac for the obligatory bangers, dirty playing cards and some sweets.  Then it happened, I stood in front of the magazine rack and reached up, as if drawn by an external force.  At the time I wasn’t tall enough for Playboy or L’ Escort so settled for a copy of Moto Verte, the French motocross mag.  Life would never be the same again. Inside there was a double page spread, with a fresh faced Jeremy McGrath resting a leg over his #15 Honda CR125.  Sporting a pair of fluro MX trousers with a, now retro, bright white surname emblazoned jersey, and casting an eye over a seriously vast motocross park.  I stared at this Sinisalo advert all the way home, partly because all the articles were in foreign, but also because I was transfixed.  What and how do I become a motocross champion?
